By placing an order with AROOJ.LABEL, you accept these Terms, our Shipping Policy and our No-Return/No-Exchange Policy.

Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance. Payment must be completed before dispatch. We may cancel orders for reasons including stock or pricing errors.

Pricing & Description
Prices shown are as listed at checkout. We aim to accurately describe items, but slight variations in fabric, colour or fit can occur.

Delivery & Risk
We dispatch via our selected carrier. Timeframes are estimates. Risk and title pass to you upon delivery.

No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of manufacturing defects or if the wrong item was shipped.

Intellectual Property
All brand assets - designs, images, text, logo - are owned or licensed by AROOJ.LABEL  You may not reuse or copy them without permission.

Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item only. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your order applies.
